About our Shepherds Mark

In the early 1900’s, pioneering Sheepherders left their mark on the Horse Heaven Hills in the form of Rock Monuments. These monuments, with many still standing along the ridge line of our Estate Vineyard, Destiny Ridge Vineyard, were used for marker identification, artistic expression, and even simply as to leave ones mark on the world. We continue our efforts to leave our mark on our Estate Vineyard through the artistic expression of our wines and we dedicate this Rhone style blend to all the pioneers of the Horse Heaven Hills and Washington wine industry.

2014 Shepherds Mark Notes:

This lovely Rhone White blend is striking in color with fresh floral notes of lavender, Jasmine and lilac. The palate is rich and textured with juicy flavors of Asian pear, honeysuckle, and Fiji apple that help lead the way into the delightfully mouthwatering finish of citrus fruits and peach pie.
