Release theme: “Harvest Moon Masquerade”
The crisp air and vibrant colors of autumn are here, which means it is time for our Fall Wine Club Release! In keeping with our ‘Destination Washington’ theme, we invite you to join us in celebrating all things harvest and autumn with our Harvest Moon Masquerade Release parties! This release is a tribute to the bounty of Washington’s vineyards and the magic of the harvest season, and we are thrilled to share the fruits of our labor with you! Get ready for an exceptional selection that will pair perfectly with the cooler weather and fall gatherings.
RELEASE PARTIES & SIPPING SESSIONS
Friday, October 25th – Saturday, October 26th
For our October Release Weekend, we’re excited to offer TWO amazing experiences exclusively for our Club Members!
You’ll be able to RSVP to either our “Harvest Moon Masquerade” themed evening parties or enjoy the new releases in the tasting rooms with our Sipping Sessions. Choose the location below for more details and to RSVP.
To ensure we can accommodate as many members as possible, we kindly ask that you choose and join us for just one of these experiences. Space is limited, and we want to share the new wines with as many of you as we can!
Space is limited and we will be requiring RSVPs to ensure we have a proper headcount for food.
Please be sure to RSVP no later than October 21st.

Any changes made to a shipped package, such as rerouting your allocation, rescheduling delivery or other changes made through UPS at your request, will be subject to a fee; the amount of which is dependent on what UPS charges to make that change.
To avoid these fees, please make sure you have your shipping information updated in your account or email any special request to us before October 8th.

How do I order additional wine?
Please send a request to or submit the form from the Release Webpage
Request for additional wine must be emailed or submitted before:
•October 9th for ship-to members
•October 18th for pickup Members.
How do I update my credit card information?
You can update your credit card information by logging into your account.
Shipping Questions
Ship-to Members: October 16th-18th
You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once it has been picked up by UPS.
How do I update/confirm my shipping address prior to the shipping of my allocation?
Option 1: Fill out your shipping address on the form above, and submit it to us by October 9th.
Option 2: Login to your membership portal, select the “Shipping Address” page on the left-hand side, and either add a new entry or edit the existing address. Please select the “Update your club membership(s) with this address” boxes at the bottom of the page to ensure the shipping address is connected to your allocation. Changes must be made by October 9th.
When will I receive my tracking information?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once UPS has picked up your package and scanned in the information.
There’s a problem with my shipment. How do I fix it?
You can visit UPS My Choice to track your package once it’s on route or request it to be held at a UPS facility for pickup.
Please contact us for re-routes or rescheduling delivery dates. Any changes made to a shipped package, such as re-routing your allocation, rescheduling delivery or other changes made through UPS at your request, will be subject to a fee; the amount of which is dependent on what UPS charges to make that change.

How do I select my pickup location?
Please use the form located above to confirm which location you would like to pick up at.
How do I make reservations for tasting the new release wines?
We will be open exclusively to our Club Members Release Weekend of October 26th-27th. No reservations required.
RSVP for the Release Parties will be open soon so watch your emails for the details.

How long do I have to pick up my wine club allocation?
Your wine will be available for pick up at your designated pick up location until Sunday, December 8th.
