When will the closure and consolidation take place?

Our last official day open as normal at the Schoolhouse will be May 10th
Some movement will be happening over the next couple of weeks.
We will start moving out of the Schoolhouse on May 12th and need to be completely out by May 31st.

Will there be any changes to my work schedule?

Most likely, we will work with each of you and do the best that we can.
We will have hours available for everyone, but they might not be the exact same hours you were working. 

Will we be moving back to 7-days a week and if so, when?

Yes! We’re planning to return to being open every day starting in May, depending on team availability.

Will my role or responsibilities change in the new location?

Primarily No. There are some different things that you will have to adjust to, such as food, events, overall flow, etc.

Unless you would like it to, as we have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.

Will there be opportunities for additional training or professional development?

Always! Once we have a firm commitment from everyone, we will start building out the schedule and make new plans for additional training

Will Carol & Megan move over to CRK as TR Manager?

If they accept the offer! – it’s up to them!

How will regular customers be informed about the closure? Can we start telling customers?

We have already sent an email to the team, investors, and Club Members. We will also be sending an email to our mailing list sometime soon

In the meantime, we have signs posted inside and outside, banners, everyone will have t-shirts and buttons, and we’ve asked everyone from all locations to continue to talk about the change.

Will there be any special events or promotions to transition customers to the new location?

We are planning a couple of events.

At the Schoolhouse we will be doing a “School’s Out” farewell Party on 7th or 8th

At Woodin Creek we are planning a welcome party on the 9th with music in the evening
