Our 3rd vintage of Roussanne has the high tone that white Rhône varieties often achieve in Washington State. Definitively more old world in style given the cooler vintage, the aromatics start down the route of Viognier-passion fruit and peach-before deepening into more classic honey and apricot scents with air. Juicy, pure and concentrated, with lovely intensity, the flavors are delicate yet rich, with a clean line of minerality to focus the wine all the way through the finish.

Carefully selected, blended, and barrel aged for 24 months this Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon presents a dense bouquet of blackberry, mocha with dried herb highlights. Great weight on the palate with intense flavors of dark ripe fruit, with hints of black cherry, rosemary, vanilla spice, and toasty oak nuances. This wine is most definitely built to age, but its bold structure is balanced throughout with refined drying tannins that are backed by well integrated oak, pure complexity, and a lengthy finish. Pairs well with marbled meats, lamb, duck.

This dark and voluptuous Bordeaux blend is deep purple in color highlighted by bold concentrated aromas of spice, blackberry, cassis, eucalyptus and crushed herbs. Full bodied, the mouth holds ripe blueberry, lush black currants, leather, toasted oak and a hint of minerality. The flavors are well- developed with elegant tannins and a wonderful balance of richness and texture in the palate all adding complexity to the extremely long finish. This dark beauty is excellent now but structured to develop over the next five years.

This appealing, southern Rhône blend is Châteauneuf-du-Pape in style, with lush, red fruits and pleasing traces of the estate vineyard’s characteristic dusty tannins. Deep ruby black in color with a violet rim, this wine produces mild aromas of cherry, mocha, cedar and spice. While Mourvedre contributes elegance, structure and lively acidity to the blend – producing flavors of raspberry, roasted coffee and hints of tobacco – the Grenache adds a beautiful peppery note. This is a supple sipper that will go great with spicy Asian pork dishes and other exotic meats.

Year in, year out, Mr. Big lives up to its name with its huge flavors and bold structure. Deep dark and purple in color, this wine offers a complex aroma of toffee, caramel, smoked meats and earth with distinct blackberry notes and a hint of spicy French Oak. A savory and rich-mouth feel ushers in flavors of ripe fruit, brown sugar, boysenberry and cedar for this big bodied wine. A perfect balance of acid and fruit, Mr. Big finishes long with bold drying tannins. Although drinking well now, this wine is showing all the signs of being cellar worthy for years to come.
