Time to Kick Off Harvest!

Join us for this fun filled kick off to HARVEST!  For those of you who’ve joined us before you know it’s a great time and for those of you who are thinking about joining us… please do!  If you like wine & food & fun you will love it.

From the time guests arrive to the time the buses pull out this action packed evening is one that will leave you filled with a love for all things wine. Oh yes, and come prepared to dance! No better way than to ring in the season than on the dance floor.

This year we are celebrating our DECADE OF DESTINY – We are celebrating ten years as a winery! 

Our theme is old Hollywood Glamour – think classic Hollywood, red carpet, big band music…you get the idea. Since we will be in the vineyard we suggest that you keep your “glam” comfortable.

WINE CLUB MEMBERS can purchase their tickets as well as  2 guest tickets for a maximum of 4 non-refundable tickets.

Both event tickets and bus tickets should be printed off and brought with you to expedite check-in. Please do not bring additional guests that do not have tickets as the food and seating is limited.

If you have signed up to ride to and from the party on one of our luxury coaches we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the loading time to insure everyone happily arrives at the party by 4pm.

• Prosser bus begins loading at 2:45 for a 3:00 departure. Pick up location will be across from the tasting room in the gravel parking area

• Tri-City bus will begin begins loading at 2:45 for a 3:00 departure. Pick up location will be in the parking lot of the Richland Marriott.

• Yakima bus will begin loading at 2:15 for a 2:30 departure. Pick up location will be in the parking lot of the Hilton Garden Inn.

If for any reason you choose not to ride the bus home after the event, we ask that you please make sure you find your bus captain and sign off on your return ride. That will ensure that no one gets left behind. Buses should have all passengers back to their cars between 9:30 & 10pm.

Buses will be leaving the event around 8 pm. All bus riders should be ready for departure then at this time so that the loading process does not take too long. 

Where to Stay:

Hotels and other accommodations are available in Prosser, Sunnyside, Yakima, and the Tri-Cities.  This year we have a few special options. The Richland Courtyard Marriott and the Yakima Hilton Garden Inn both have special offers for our Wine Club Members. To make reservations at the Richland Courtyard Marriott call 509.942.9400, and tell them you are a member of the Alexandria Nicole Cellars Harvest Party Group.  To make reservations at the Yakima Hilton Garden Inn call 509.454.1111. You can also purchase a bus ticket from both the Richland Courtyard Marriott and the Yakima Hilton Garden Inn. Want a more romantic experience, try our VIP partner at Cozy Rose in Grandview. Campers and RV’s may want to reserve a space at Crow Butte State Park  just down the hill from the vineyard. Just remember, the hotels fill up fast so book early.

Dinner:

Dinner will begin at 5:30 pm.  The menu consists of a carnivorous combo of steak and lobster tails  prepared by Chef Katie Geissler.  There is no assigned seating so upon arrival we encourage guests to claim your dinner table. It’s a fun loving free for all!

Wine:

Upon arrival you will receive 4 tasting scrip to be used for the wine tasting. We’ve chosen to wait to release the fall wine club wines until October 24th to alleviate confusion so this year you’ll be getting to try some old favorites as well as getting a sneak peak at the upcoming releases.  We will also be selling glass pours from our “Keg” program.

At the party we will be tasting wine from 4-5:30.  In addition we will have numerous library wines available for both glass and bottle purchases at our no-host bar throughout the entire event.  Watch for HARVEST PARTY SPECIALS that will only be available for purchase at the event.

Both glass and bottle purchases will be available at our no-host bar throughout the entire event so grab a bottle for your table!

Additional Events:

We love to throw in a couple fun “activities” for guests to participate in so this year we will be rolling out a few of the favorites and then including some newbie’s to spice things up!  Most of the activities are at no cost to you but we do have three events that we will be charging for, as they will be receiving larger “prizes” and require a little more manpower to pull off.

We also have a special exhibition event – Barrel Rolling Competition between our vineyard and winery guys!

This is a 21 and over only event. Please no children or babies.

No dogs (or other pets) please.  Although normally welcome, no dogs are permitted at this event.
