Harvest Party in the Vines 2010 tickets are now on sale ! $75/pp for event tickets and $25/pp for bus tickets
To purchase your EVENT TICKETS please click on the link below and have your WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP information handy as you’ll be asked to enter your user name and password.
Members can purchase their tickets as well as 2 guest tickets for a maximum of 4 non-refundable tickets per member.
Both event tickets and bus tickets should be printed off and brought with you to expedite check-in. Please do not bring additional guests that do not have tickets as the food and seating is based on the number of tickets sold.

If you would like to ride on a luxury motor coach both to and from the event tickets can be purchased online using the ticket link provided above.
Tickets will provide a ride to and from the party on one of our luxury coaches, we will be picking you up at 3pm from 1 of our 3 (Yakima, Prosser, Tri-Cities) ride locations. Guests will arrive back at the same location at approximately 9pm, unless you choose not to ride the bus back which requires a signature as the bus is loading for departure. The YAKIMA bus pick up location will be at the Shopko parking lot in Union Gap. The PROSSER bus pick up location will be across from the tasting room in the gravel parking area (2880 Lee Rd. Suite C). The TRI-CITIES pick up location will be in the parking lot of the Richland Courtyard Marriott.
Buses will be leaving promptly at 8 pm. All bus riders should be ready for departure then at this time so that the loading process does not take too long. If for any reason you choose not to ride the bus home after the event, we ask that you please make sure you find your bus captain and sign off on your return ride. That will insure that no one is left behind. Buses should have all passengers back to their cars between 9-9:30 pm.
Dinner:
The menu features lobster tails and a flat iron steak from locally-raised beef served with chef’s special seasonings, field green salad with stone fruit dressing, sprinkled with blue cheese, fingerling potatoes, and a dessert from local fruits.
Dinner will be buffet style and begin at 5:30 pm with our “bus riders” “heading up the line. The menu will be announced as we get closer to the event date. There is no assigned seating so upon arrival we encourage guests to claim your dinner table.
Wine:
Your fall wine club allotments will be available for pick up at both the Woodinville and Prosser tasting room but will NOT be on hand for pick up at the party. We encourage guests to join us at either location on the day of the party as well as throughout it’s release to pick up your shipment but given the nature of the party we felt it best to simplify. Our Prosser tasting room will be open until 3pm on the 25th as well as from 11-7pm on the 24th and 11-5 on the 26th so feel free to pick it up at your convenience. In addition to tasting this year’s final allocation from 3-4:30 we will also have some special release wines available for both glass and bottle purchases at our no-host bar throughout the entire event.
Additional Events: We love to throw in a couple fun “activities” for guests to participate please follow the instructions that will be available for you in August.

Harvest Party T-shirt 2009
Last year we had an event logo designed and it was such a big hit that this year we decided to open it up to our AMAZING WINE CLUB members. The winning image was announced on June 19th and then uploaded to the website for all of you to see. We will be using the same incredible bamboo t-shirts and sweatshirts this year. Orders can be taken online shortly and then will be available for pick up at the party!
Attire can be purchased currently but with that said you’ll have to trust our judgment on what they are going to look like.
