Tickets: Both event tickets and bus tickets will be collected upon entry. We kindly ask that you bring them to expedite the check in process. Please do not bring additional guests that do not have tickets.
Buses: If you would like to ride on a luxery motor coach both to and from the event we will begin selling tickets in June. Please watch the eblasts for exact dates and directions on how to get signed up. Tickets will be sold for up to ride to and from the party on one of our luxury coaches, we will be picking you up at 2pm. The Prosser bus pick up location will be across from the tasting room in the gravel parking area (2880 Lee Rd. Suite C). The Tri-City pick up location will be in the parking lot of the Richland Marriott. After buses arrive at the vineyard and drop off their passengers they will then be heading to Crow Butte RV Park to pick up any guests who are staying there (no charge). The Crow Butte RV guests will be the first to load up for their return trip, leaving promptly at 7pm. All other guest should be ready for departure then also so that the loading process does not take too long. If for any reason you choose not to ride the bus home after the event, we ask that you please make sure you find your bus captain and sign off on your return ride. That will insure that no one is left behind. Buses should have all passengers back to their cars between 9 and 9:30 pm.
Dinner: Dinner will be buffet style and begin at 5:30 pm with our “bus riders” “heading up the line. The menu be announced as we get closer to the event date. There is no assigned seating so upon arrival we encourage guests to claim your dinner table.
Wine: Your fall wine club allotments will be on hand for pick up at the party so feel free to pick it up at your convenience. In addition to tasting this year’s final allocation from 3-4:30 we will also have wines available for both glass and bottle purchases at our no-host bar throughout the entire event. This includes the newest ANC red “Mr. Big” our Petite Syrah, this small case production wine will only be available to purchase for a limited time.
Additional Events: We love to throw in a couple fun “activities” for guests to participate please follow the instructions that will be emailed out in June.

This is a 21 and over only event.
No dogs (or other pets) please. Although normally welcome, no dogs are permitted at this event.
