Alexandria Nicole Cellars offers four distinct event locations that are easily customized to your groups needs. Our spaces create a beautiful backdrop for special events ranging from corporate meetings to weddings in the vines as well as celebrations like birthday parties, retirement parties and anniversary.  With locations in Woodinville, Prosser and at our Estate Vineyard Destiny Ridge which is located in Paterson we would love to talk with you about the possibility of hosting your event with us.

Prices below are for room rental only additional prices for food and wine pairings are added depending on your groups individual desires. Both our Prosser location and our Hollywood Schoolhouse locations have kitchens on site and a culinary team dedicated to meeting your groups needs.

Prosser

Prosser Tasting Room
The Barrel Room (8-25 guests)

$150.00 Non Wine Club Members $75 for Wine Club Members
The Barrel Room is a unique setting for intimate lunch meeting or an ideal location for private dinner.  With a sliding barn door and a large farm style table that comfortably sits 8-12.  Audio-visual equipment including a drop down screen, and LCD projector are available.

Entire Prosser facility (100 guests standing)

$450.00 Non Wine Club Member, $350 for Wine Club Members

This includes the Barrel room the main tasting room and our Wine Club room which is locked behind sliding book cases, this hidden treasure provides an intimate atmosphere with a private tasting bar for entertainment. The Club Room also show cases library wines served through our state-of-the-art Enomatics System.  This space can be utilized for pre-function prior to joining the group for a sit down dinner or simply to have an intimate experience with friends. Either way you will make a spectacular impression once you slide the book case open and walk into this space.

Woodinville

Woodinville Warehouse Tasting Room (55 seated, 150 standing)

Alexandria Nicole Cellars has the unique opportunity to provide the “shock factor”, as the Woodinville  Warehouse Tasting Room is located in a somewhat surprising location in an industrial park north of town.  The wow, factor comes from once you walk through the door and see that it is really a hidden treasure for an upscale destination to provide private groups seeking a one-of-a-kind meeting experience or memorable setting to mark a special occasion. The building’s industrial facade actually elevates the “wow” factor once your guests arrive inside the tasting room and experience the warmth and elegance of the space.   The winery caters to groups with state-of-the-art audio visual needs as well as those interested in personalizing their event with an activity to enhance the appreciation and enjoyment of food and winemaking. The Back Room is just a push away as you open the hidden door that is designed as a wine rack.  You walk into a spacious room with warm colors and an elegant atmosphere.  The room can be closed off with curtains to provide an even smaller meeting area or left open for comfort and movement.  With the sound of cascading water coming from our indoor pond, to our copper top bar and support kitchen we can fit the needs of almost any event. We have audio-visual equipment to accommodate today’s meetings, along with a plasma TV for those who wish to just sit and enjoy a game.

Open the garage doors from the Back Room to expand the entertaining area.  You can make use of the adjacent tasting room for a dressing room or secret guest.

Woodinville Hollywood Schoolhouse  (40 seated, 200 standing)

Located on the ground floor of the historic Hollywood Schoolhouse, our beautiful new tasting room has all of the sophistication that our other locations have on the inside with the added bonus of a beautiful exterior and manicured grounds outside.  Your guests can enjoy tasting in our beautiful front tasting room or sneak behind our hidden door into the swank club room, complete with interior fireplace and exterior sitting area with a fire pit and water feature.  Whether they wish to relax in the beautiful club room or soak up the sun in our cozy patio, they can nosh on some of the best bites in Woodinville.  Let us impress your guests with our wine, our beautiful new space and our friendly staff!

Paterson

Destiny Ridge Vineyard
Destiny Ridge Vineyard (150-300 guest, seated) Paterson ($1,500 Non Wine Club Members)
Home of Alexandria Nicole Cellars 243 acre estate vineyard, Destiny Ridge has grounds that can accommodate up to 300 sitting people and caters to groups or couples celebration. The production barrel room accommodates small or large groups from 10-100 seated guests or 300 reception-styles for dinner depending upon the season. Groups can enjoy exclusive use of our estate vineyard overlooking the majestic Columbia River for photos. We provide team building activities from planting vines to wine blending and even skeet shooting. The grounds have a patio area that serves as an entertaining area before dinner. If the celebration includes dinner, guests can choose from a multi-course meal while seated directly in the vineyard or a romantic candle light dinner surround by wine barrels in our production room.  Where ever you dine each course will be perfectly paired with our award-winning wines.

“Glamping” Short for Glamorous camping
Leave your smelly sleeping bags behind, Destiny Ridge Vineyard and Alexandria Nicole Cellars is offering “Glamping”. Our tents have Persian carpets, down duvets and even electricity and running water.
