Celebrate New Year’s eve East Coast style. As New York clocks are striking midnight we will be celebrating the new year at La Maison with a fabulous menu created by Chef Magana. The evening’s menu will be paired with wines from Alexandria Nicole Cellars and at 9:00 the new year will be toasted with sparkling wines from Treveri Cellars. The cooking class is scheduled to start at 6:00 and finish at 9:30 to allow you to get home and celebrate the New Year with the ones you love. Dress as comfortable or as elegant as you like. Menu: Feta & Olive Tapenade Bruschetta, Caviar & Oysters with Sparkling Sabayon, Firecracker Prawns, Halibut Cioppino Sauce, New York Steak with stuffed Lobster Thermidor , Duchess Potatoes and of course, New York Cheese Cake!
