Chef Frank Magaña, Alexandria Nicole Cellars’ exclusive chef in Eastern Washington, has a flare for Spanish inspired Northwest cuisine. Without question, the concept of “eating first with your eyes” is carefully considered, each detail tended to. Pleasing the eyes and the palate equally.

Chef Frank has worked tirelessly since April 2007 to earn and maintain a reputation as the premier caterer in the Yakima Valley and greater Columbia Basin. And although his culinary adventure began in the South Sound just about 20 years ago, his love of the Valley and its bounty is apparent in every delectable, unpretentious bite. Beautiful and creative- yet approachable- cuisine is his specialty.
