Chef Magaña is the exclusive chef for Alexandria Nicole Cellars in Eastern Washington and run his business, Chef Magaña Catering, from our Prosser tasting room.

Chef Magaña has worked tirelessly to earn and maintain a reputation as the premier caterer in the Yakima Valley and greater Columbia Basin. Beautiful, delectable cuisine is our specialty- a feast for the eyes and the taste buds.

A little about Chef Frank, “I got my start here in the Yakima Valley back in 2005 as a guest chef for Alexandria Nicole Cellars for an intimate, lively group of wine connoisseurs.  I felt a connection to Washington Wine Country and I returned several times throughout the year and soon realized this was where I wanted to build my business.”
