Uniquely expressive of the terroir of our Estate Vineyard, Destiny Ridge, this Cabernet Franc was hand selected and fermented using native wild yeasts.  With a deep, dark violet color, aromas of bright red fruit show balance and complexity with a well integrated, subtle oak accent. Elegantly structured on the palate with restrained but richly textured flavors of black cherries, peppercorn and crushed herbs all wrapped in silky oak.  The full-bodied palate has a foundation of polished tannins, backed by a long blackberry, cedar and vanilla spice finish. Voluptuous and satisfying, it’s drinking well now but structured to develop over time.
