Great weight on the palate with intense flavors of dark ripe fruit, with hints of black cherry, rosemary, vanilla spice, and toasty oak nuances. This wine is most definitely built to age, but its bold structure is balanced throughout with refined drying tannins that are backed by well-integrated oak, pure complexity, and a lengthy finish. Pairs well with marbled meats, lamb, duck.
